Currently still missing child_cell_set_accessions column
20 July update notes:

added child cell set accessions

deleted most of the subclass cell sets for the integrated (cross-species) taxonomy

Updated with latest file
26 July update to Mouse json file

Some markers are missing in https://github.com/obophenotype/brain_data_standards_ontologies/blob/dosdp_based_pipeline/src/patterns/data/bds/ensmusg_data.tsv such as ensembl:ENSMUSG00000100851 and ensembl:ENSMUSG00000096972

I will commit missing markers and then merge.

Ah I just checked - must have gotten removed in the time, ill make the changes :)

oh wait, those are NS-forest markers arent they? think its related to issue #93

@shawntanzk we have a new issue: "Node CS202002013_70 exists both in dendrogram and nomenclature of the taxonomy: CCN202002013"

remove taxonomy nodes
