Global Papa deployment updates

Updates from the Global Papa 5 turn cruise.

deployment sheets updates

The deployment sheet in asset management for Pioneer and Global arrays and Endurance (CE01ISSM) were checked and updated with necessary information.
Some of the changes include:
-added not deployed instruments and commented the lines for convenience

-added missing instrument and commented the lines until sensor UID is provided

-added notes

-removed notes that are no longer relevant or used as a general comment
