CTDMOR cal sheet fixes

Calibration coefficients were fixed in 4 CTDMOR cal sheets to fix a bad conversion from pressure in counts to dbar. All required unit tests have passed.

Pioneer glider recovery updates

Three Pioneer gliders were recovered last night (388, 336, and 339) and the end date were entered in the deployment sheets. The new information need to be deployed to production for data discovery purposes.

This is the latest commit that needs to be uploaded onto uframe-production. All required unit tests have passed and it contains the most up to date cal/deployment information for all OOI platforms.

-- new unittests were added that check for previous errors in cruiseinformation.csv

-- There are discrepancies between reference designators in deployment sheets compared to valid 1100 document reference designators. UW changed them to unapproved reference designators and these can only be resolved once a CCB by UW is completed to change the reference designators.
