Update stuck value sheet to remove transposition error

Removed issue where the FLOR parameter "total_volume_scattering_coefficient" had a transposition error that pushed the "ResolutionR" field into the "Units" column, the 'num' value was pushed into the 'ResolutionR' column, and a zero was showing up in the 'num' column.
