This github workflow will create the following artifacts:
binaries/x86_64/picotool
binaries/aarch64/picotool
The workflow is triggered by every push.
These binaries will the installed with octoprobe. See the installation instructions for octoprobe!

This script will compile everything as the github workflow would.
Eventually, a binaries.tgz file is created.
Add a tag and push
git tag -a v0.0.1 -m v0.0.1
git push
git push --tagsTo remove a tag
git push --delete origin v0.0.1
git tag -d v0.0.1
