This is available with pandas, but needs to be implemented.

So, not only CSV, but also TSV, excel, ... etc.

FYI, pandas is removed due to installation problems with numpy,

I would say that our focus with this tool is not cleaning, pre-processing the data. So I would suggest to limit the type of tabular format to only CSV
