Remove function 'getDivergenceTime', introduced in the recent PR #51. This function will be moved to the ScrambledTreeBuilder repository because it is not related to GenomicBreaks objects. Remove 'httr' from the package dependencies.
Remove the function family 'Query functions', introduced in the recent PR #51, which is used only by the deleted function 'getDivergenceTime'.
Remove the documentation for the function 'getDivergenceTime'.

This pull request removes the function 'getDivergenceTime' (and its documentation), introduced in the recent PR #51. This function will be moved to the ScrambledTreeBuilder repository because it is not related to GenomicBreaks objects.
It also removes 'httr' from the package dependencies and the function family 'Query functions', both used only by the deleted function 'getDivergenceTime'.
