Adds Omaroll 1.5.0, a local image, video, and PDF viewer built for Omarchy.
Builds the checksum-verified release source, includes Poppler for PDF support, and tracks GitHub releases through the fast release ring.
Validation: x86_64 package builds pass against Omarchy edge, rc, and stable. The 1.5.0 PKGBUILD was also built locally from the published source archive.
