Add some benchmark programs

Work towards #3692

Description

Add some benchmarks that we can use to evaluate the performance of the current interpreter and new execution environments:

• fib_dynamic: Fibonacci function, using dynamic programming
• fib_iterative: Fibonacci function, iterative
• fib_recursive: Fibonacci function, recursive
• binarytrees: https://benchmarksgame-team.pages.debian.net/benchmarksgame/description/binarytrees.html#binarytrees
• fannkuch: https://benchmarksgame-team.pages.debian.net/benchmarksgame/description/fannkuchredux.html#fannkuchredux

We can use these in the Go benchmarks with go:embed.

Cadence Benchstat comparison

This branch with compared with the base branch onflow:master commit d555d17
The command for i in {1..N}; do go test ./... -run=XXX -bench=. -benchmem -shuffle=on; done was used.
Bench tests were run a total of 7 times on each branch.
