Description

This pull request finalizes the release version for the upcoming deployment by updating version numbers from the development tag to the official release tag across several files.

Release version updates:

• Updated the version in the VERSION and on-prem-installers/VERSION files from 2025.2.0-dev to 2025.2.0 to mark the official release.
• Updated the version and appVersion fields in argocd/applications/Chart.yaml from 2025.2.0-dev to 2025.2.0.
• Updated the version and appVersion fields in argocd/root-app/Chart.yaml from 2025.2.0-dev to 2025.2.0.
