Describe the Bug

Jak and Daxter's blink speed is tied to FPS. Can be easily seen in their idle animation.

This was the case in TPL (issue is part of the 150FPS mega issue) and is probably the case in Jak 3, also.

How To Reproduce

Enable high FPS and watch Jak and Daxter's idle animation.

Does this problem occur on original hardware or PCSX2?

Yes, it's unique to OpenGOAL

Expected Behavior

Blink should be the same speed at high FPS.

Environment Information

v0.2.12

Game Version

NTSC 1.0 (black label)

Have you set the game to something other than 60fps?

Yes

Yeah, happens in Jak 3 also
