Update Spack in CI to the latest stable release.
Compile issue.
CI was not accepting `/opt/spack` in checkout of action.
4 tasks
Destructor may run after the flag has been deleted. Not even Valgrind caught this.

The latest commit fixes the UBSAN issue. UBSAN correctly detected a memory issue it didnt before. |
