Update rg command parsing to ignore flag values when extracting query/path. This results in more accurate command summaries for rg once displayed in the tui.
Before: rg -g '.rs' foo src was summarized with query ".rs" and path "foo" because the glob value was misread as the query. After: rg -g '*.rs' foo src is summarized with query "foo" and path "src", skipping the -g flag value.
