User Story

As a contacts user, I want to enter all common contact fields so that my address book holds complete information.

User Value

The create form currently offers four fields (first name, last name, one email, one phone). Business contacts usually need several emails and phone numbers, a postal address and the organization.

Acceptance Criteria

• The form (create and edit) supports:
  • first name, last name, nickname
  • multiple email addresses, each with a label (private / work / other)
  • multiple phone numbers, each with a label (private / work / mobile / other)
  • multiple postal addresses (street, postal code, city, region, country), each with a label
  • organization, department, job title
  • birthday
  • note
• Entries can be added and removed
• Email addresses are validated
• The form is usable with keyboard and screen reader
• Unit tests cover mapping between form state and JSContact
