Description

Fixes the landing page sections to ensure the page is always filled when various sections are not available.
Fixes the loading

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally by turning sections on and off

• Commits have been squashed into descriptive, self-contained units of work (e.g. 'WIP' and 'Implements feedback' style messages have been removed)
