[RHOAIENG-10208] Pipeline Run creation - Experiment dropdown - 'View more' causes API error

Description

Fixes issue using the Experiment dropdown with 10+ experiments within a project, clicking "View more" led to an API error which is displayed to the user in the form of an Alert, and the user was unable to view more than the latest 10 experiments on the Create Run page.

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually tested by opening the Experiment dropdown on the Create Run page within a project that has 10+ experiments and clicking the "View more" link.
