OERV 是 openEuler RISC-V 操作系统的简称，同时也指代 openEuler RISC-V SIG 工作组，目前 SIG 组主要由中国科学院软件研究所智能软件研究中心管理，并且协同多方上下游相关组织共同建设。工作组的核心任务是完善 openEuler 系统在 RISC-V 架构上的软硬件生态建设，并且在此基础上探索对 RISC-V 碎片化等生态性问题的解决方案，进一步为 RISC-V 的应用落地提供可靠的系统基座与公共基础设施平台。作为一个开放社区组织，OERV 注重培养实习生对开源社区的贡献能力，为对开源操作系统与 RISC-V 感兴趣的同学们提供一个有多种方向和可能性的平台。
