Description
I am trying to speed up the post processing of D1S simulations. This PR allows me run apply_time_correction for multiple timesteps. This avoids redoing a few operation at the start of the function and in my use case of a large mesh tally with ~1000 timesteps I am seeing the time for apply_time_correction reduce to 2/3 the original time.
