The integral over the range of a Uniform distribution is 1.0 and does not depend on a or b. |

As @GuySten said, the integral should be 1.0 and there is already a default integral method on Distribution that returns 1.0

This PR adds a integral to the
Uniformdistribution, I noticed we have integrals on the other functionsHaving a Uniform would help me avoid sampling for uniform distributions for another PR
