This pull request includes several changes to the CI workflow, Dockerfile, and README, as well as the addition of a new Dockerfile for UTF-8 support. The most important changes include renaming the CI job, updating the version of opensourcecobol4j, and adding a new UTF-8 Dockerfile.

Changes to CI workflow:

  • Renamed the CI job from run-tests to build and added a new job utf8-build to build a Docker image with UTF-8 support in .github/workflows/ci.yml.

Updates to Dockerfile:

  • Updated the version of opensourcecobol4j from v1.1.5 to v1.1.7 in Dockerfile.

Updates to documentation:

  • Updated the version of opensourcecobol4j from v1.1.5 to v1.1.7 in README.md.

Addition of new Dockerfile:

  • Added a new utf8.Dockerfile to support UTF-8 encoding, including the installation of dependencies and configuration for opensourcecobol4j with UTF-8 support.
