What?

Remove iface attribute check for get_bcopy support, and assume flush when remote sys_dev of the lane is not memory sys_dev, which is not the case for cuda_ipc and cuda_copy.

Tested on platform with nixlbench with one block / many blocks checking latency, checked RDMA_(READ|WRITE) output when going from 1 to 8 blocks per xfer.
