Rewrite the IRP WRITE functions

Blatantly copy from winbtrfs, should we check to see if
maharmstone wants credits?

There is bit missing still, if STATUS PENDING is returned
we should queue and retry, this currently will just call
DbgBreakPoint().

I did not see any during my test, but next commit should add it.
