mdns-repeater: Support blacklist on the commandline #208

The is to enable blacklists in the mdns-repeater. Separate PR for the corresponding plugin is on its way. Some newer access points do also have an mdns-repeater installed causing exponential growing replicates. Preferred solution would be to disable the multicast relay on access-points - however this might not ever happen.
The packet cannot be filtered by rule setting in opnsense. See also this discussion:

I do not see any option to make these changes upstream...

Advice from @Monviech is to close this PR and make script modifications in the Ninja template.
