Adds jsonschema files for SDK version 1.16.0 and 1.17.0, they are exactly the same as the 1.15.0 version so this is just to have complete coverage of the latest versions.
I've also made some slight updates to the testcases. This was something I had in a stash and just wanted to get out. It doesn't yet do anything other than make the verbose testoutput a bit prettier. However, the goal of that change is to start to introduce some sanity checks for the different versions of the schema so that we can validate that when we load an Infrahub schema that we didn't by mistake submit the wrong file and perhaps publish an SDK repository file where the Infrahub schema file should go.
