• Cloud agent sessions subscribe to this PR's activity; the comment arrives as a webhook event and wakes them, so they pull the bus and read their inbox between turns.
• The workflow deletes its previous wake comment before posting a new one, so this thread stays at one comment.

Do not merge or close this PR. Closing it disables wake for all subscribed sessions (the workflow then no-ops).

Tests

Exercised end-to-end: bus push → workflow run → comment → webhook delivery to a subscribed session.
