Yes, you can probably do something like that via parsing the commit messages/descriptions. I can say something more certain if you can share your use-case in another issue along with some example commits :)

We have a commit message like

fix(widget): fix calculation of missing timesheets 

Relates: AB-1234

And I want to add the link to the ticket to the changelog. The Issue prefix is chosen by the team and would need to be configured in to be parsed.

Parse the ticket numbers from the commit message footer to be able to use / link them in the changelog
