There were some files missing in the artefacts of previous releases, which resulted in a error, when trying to install it.

• Updated README (added screenshots to better show the configuration and initial setup process) and included it in the modules artefact, so that players can read it locally if needed
• Starting player is now decided randomly. Previously it was always "player2".
