This commit includes the state of the repository after I attempted to: 1. Start Apache IoTDB via Docker. 2. Start Eclipse Zenoh router via Docker. 3. Run the Zenoh producer script (`zenoh_producer.py`). 4. Run the Panel application script (`panel_script.py`). Verification of the end-to-end data flow and updates to README.md were hindered by persistent environment/tooling issues. The services are expected to have been started, but their operational status and interactions could not be fully confirmed. You may need to manually update the README.md file with the deployment instructions provided during this process.
