I'm pretty sure there is going to need to be some reworking of system scripts that were never transitioned from the RayPick API, but I've been called into an urgent work task and so I may not able to revisit this until the weekend. |

This is a continuation of the work I started in #606, where I'm now removing both the C++ and their associated jsDocs for deprecated code.
This PR addresses the PickScriptingInterface, which is also depended on by the deprecated RayPickScriptingInterface.
I still need to do analysis to determine the impact of this change on existing system and community scripts, hence the draft status
