    New Chunk-scanning branch has been merged. This should vastly improve the performance of incremental renders with only a minor increase in memory usage. As always, report bugs to the issue tracker if I broke anything. -brownan

    We have just pushed some next-generation code to a branch called 'dtt-c-render'. This version is much faster and will be the basis for new development. Please try it out and let us know what you think. See all this comment --eminence
