Easy to build full node and CLI controller with dual RPC for mining algorithms

DO NOT USE THESE, THE MINING FUNCTIONALITY HAD A SERIOUS ERROR IN THE BLOCK SUBSIDY VALUE! Please be patient, the problem is fixed in the current master branch but further issues have arisen relating to testnet and RPC.

In this release the pod server now deploys two instead of one RPC, the second one differing only in that it gives block versions appropriate for scrypt blocks. It is now possible to mine both algorithms to one server!
