Bump @vitejs/plugin-react from 5.1.3 to 6.0.1 (Babel→Oxc for React Refresh) and vite from 7.3.1 to 8.0.0 (esbuild→oxc for JS transforms). No config changes needed — all APIs used by vite.config.ts are stable. Closes pablodelucca#128, Closes pablodelucca#132
