List of Changes

Adding necessary adjustment to activate correctly the scheduler previously implemented

Motivation and Context

These changes were necessary due to the previously added scheduler. In fact, the APIs in core are using the newly added methods for this reason.

How Has This Been Tested?

This has been tested using h2 and junit tests
