If you're going to make changes to the cheat sheet, you need to edit the Powerpoint file at https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas/tree/main/doc/cheatsheet and submit a PR with both the PPTX file updated as well as the resulting PDF.

This new file you created should not be in the PR.
