Adds a truncate value to TraceWriterConfig

WIP

Idea is to truncate large values/inputs such as arrays to make the trace output more legible.

Truncate large arrays in function calls and logs
Truncate large bytes inputs
Truncate large string inputs
Tests


          truncate config in TraceWriteConfig
