  • Cast parameters being string formatted to float() to avoid errors
  • Allow deserialization of noise models serialized with pulser-core<0.20 (ie prior to the NoiseModel interface rework)

This is unorthodox but we'll need to release this hotfix as if it were a scheduled release to include #733 .
