This reverse merge from branch 1.2 to main updates dependency versions across AWS SDK v2, Azure SDK, Apache Arrow, and JWT packages to their latest releases.
- Updates AWS SDK v2 dependencies to newer versions (v1.36.x → v1.37.x range)
- Updates Azure SDK components with minor version bumps
- Updates other dependencies including Apache Arrow and JWT packages
