Fresh Windows install.
Install VS 2013
Download dept_tools and add to path.
CD to C:\git
fetch v8
cd v8
git checkout 4.10.253
Has to follow fix for building described at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/v8-users/IFA2Ewt8zu4
