  1. pmdasmart: improve QA 1397 to include testing of nvme-cli metrics 

    Implement proper checking in QA of the nvme-cli based metrics in
pmdasmart. Added helper scripts and descriptions to allow the creation
of the required helper files when testing NVME disks with the PMDA.
