Opening this PR in case you're wanting to include this option — I'm happy using my fork if not.

I have a unique case where I need to use a bot to commit to repo B from repo A. The bot is running within an action for repo A, but doesn't need to interact with that repo in any way, so I want to avoid having to install it there.

This change allows specifying a repository key to override the GITHUB_REPOSITORY environment variable and authenticate as the other repo.
