  1. Start splitting behavior for Azure and OpenAI endpoints 

    Add API type and make authorization header behavior contingent on API type.
Extract URI building behavior into a factory and split for Azure / OpenAI
Add logic to raise errors for unsupported endpoints
Make configuration logic API type aware to minimize the number of custom configurations required (default API version for Azure)
