Support/Feature Request: Allow empty values in picker

Hi!

Love the component, very simple but effective. I use the component to allow users to pick opening hours for managed venues. It would be great if the component allowed for an empty value in the drop down picker, as far as I can tell, there is no way to do this with the component at present state (please correct me if I'm wrong! 😄 )

For now, I have added a "Closed" boolean to each day of the week, it will do the job.

Hi @atomicacorn, sorry for the late.

My friend, Pete, made this project but sadly he passed away so he won't be able to make any updates and I'm not really in the position to do that either.

Would you like to have a go at a PR? I'll be happy to review it.
