support for variable excitation.
set this variable in /mnt/local/sysconfig/bolo.sh
values are 18.0, 15.0, 12.0, 9.0 .. defaults to 9.0
export CALIBFIT_EXCITEV=18.0
bolo_powerup_init.sh will translate this to the appropriate register setting
calibfit will use the value in calculation
