New features and improvements

• Implemented the ability to put mousemaster into "hibernation" ("deep sleep") when specific apps (like games that don't need to be controlled with mousemaster) are active (issue #8).

Installation

1. Download mousemaster.exe (a portable executable).
2. Download one of the existing configuration files:
   • neo-mousekeys.properties (recommended): a WASD configuration (see documentation)
   • warpd.properties: an HKJL configuration (see documentation)
   • mouseable.properties: another HKJL configuration (see documentation)
   • author.properties: an arrow key based configuration optimized for single hand usage (see documentation)
3. Place the executable and the configuration file in the same directory.
4. Rename the configuration file to mousemaster.properties.
5. Run mousemaster.exe.
