Hi Minchen!

I just pushed an extension to the PBD section. It's reformatted and includes more code examples. I also added a viscoplastic example to the MPM case study and a new chapter on thin rods (it covers basic theory of cosserat rods, roughly how we can simulate them using XPBD, and describes Stable Cosserat Rods algorithm).

- Add viscoplastic material model case study for MPM
- Add Cosserat rods chapter with stable implementation
- Add linear systems chapter
- Rename 11_mpm_sand to 12_mpm_plastic to reflect multiple material models
- Add new images for PBD case studies and viscoplastic simulation
- Update SUMMARY.md with new chapter structure
- Remove unused lecture files
