NFC payment support

Added NFC support to BliksemBier

In order to support NFC card payments, this version of BliksemBier has moved away from static LNURL QR codes. Whenever beer is ordered, an invoice is created and presented to the user to pay via QR or NFC. Also, teh ever expanding state machine is replaced by an event based taskscheduler.

Version numbering changed to current blockheight.
