But there is not a summary page that contains all the download links, e.g. TIDB package/TiDB Ansible/...

Stable Releases

TiDB 2.1 is the current stable release. It was released in November 2018.

^ These are TiDB downloads only. It doesn't cover install methods such as dbdeployer, homebrew, k8s (dind, gcp, aws, azure), ansible. I think splitting by install method might be friendlier.
