Starting by #1293 we are planned to revamp the build process.

Current TODOs:

bundle dts as suggested in Suggestion: Bundle three-vrm types, move subpackages to devDependencies #1289 build: bundle dts via api-extractor and move deps to dev only #1293
publish packages on CI feature: add publish action #1297
- adopt npm package provenance
check if we are still want to use rollup as the bundler, maybe swtich to tsup or esbuild BREAKING: feat: migrate to esbuild #1411
improve esm/cjs support BREAKING: feat: migrate to esbuild #1411
maybe: mitigate to pnpm
