WIP 4 renaming of base resources

New hierarchy:

Podcast.Network (e.g. Metaebene or ARD or BBC)
Podcast.Show (e.g. Freakshow or Minkorrekt)
Podcast.Episode (e.g. FR123 or Mi014)
