Chum gui meta data, sailjail

This is a small release which allows us to:

1. conform to harbour sailjail (adding the read write perms for userdirs)
2. display meta data in the chum gui app.

v 1.1-1

This is a minor release which is actually only for testing purposes, obs builds. Those tests involve the use of releases :) And we removed some cruft.

So, don't bother to install this release ;)

There is one 'feature'. On opening, a file selector should open to prompt you for an image to work on. This may go away again.

First Jolla Stroe Release.

We've removed sharing, internalized all libraries and got this thing Jolla conforming. And also got the PIL library version up to 7.2.0. Less than a year behind!
